Rinku Singh Batting: Rinku Singh's third consecutive explosion has been seen in Vijay Hazare Trophy. The big thing is that the timing of these three blasts from his bat is tremendous. He has done all these three blasts after his selection in the team of T20 World Cup 2026. Rinku Singh has scored his third consecutive fifty plus score after being selected in the T20 World Cup team. Meaning, it would not be wrong if Rinku Singh is called the run machine of the UP team in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
Rinku Singh's latest blast in Vijay Hazare Trophy was against Baroda team on 29th December. While playing the captaincy innings for UP, he scored 63 runs in 67 balls, which included 3 sixes and 2 fours. During this, he completed his half-century in 53 balls. This is Rinku Singh's third consecutive fifty plus score in the tournament. Earlier on 26 December, he had scored unbeaten 106 runs against Chandigarh and before that on 24 December he had scored 67 runs against Hyderabad.
Rinku Singh has scored all three of his fifty plus scores in the Vijay Hazare Trophy after being selected in Team India for the T20 World Cup 2026. Team India was selected for the T20 World Cup 2026 on 20 December. Whereas Vijay Hazare Trophy has started from 24th December, where Rinku Singh has scored 236 runs in 3 innings of 3 matches played so far. Meaning, as a captain, he has been seen completely leading his team from the front with the bat.
During his explosive innings against Baroda, Rinku Singh faced 6 bowlers, one of whom was Hardik Pandya's elder brother Krunal Pandya. Rinku Singh scored 27 runs on 19 balls of Krunal Pandya. Out of the 3 sixes he hit in his innings, 2 sixes were also against Krunal Pandya.
