-Special facility from 14 January to 14 July 2026

In order to facilitate passengers and promote digital ticketing, the Railway Administration has decided to give a discount of 3 percent on booking of unreserved tickets through RailOne mobile app. This special facility will be applicable from 14 January 2026 to 14 July 2026. Saraswati Chandra, Chief Public Relations Officer of East Central Railway, said that passengers will get the benefit of this discount if they book unreserved tickets through all digital payment modes available on RailOne app like UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking except R-Wallet.

You are already getting 3 percent cashback bonus on booking unreserved tickets through R-wallet of Railvan app. That means passengers will get a direct 3 percent discount on making digital payments and 3% cashback on making payments through R-Wallet. Thus, passengers will be assured of benefits when they book unreserved tickets through digital payment through any means on the RailOne app.

The move aims to encourage passengers to buy tickets through digital means and reduce cash transactions. This scheme will give a massive boost to digital ticketing and passengers will get more convenience.
