The fourth season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) will kick off on January 9 in Navi Mumbai, with defending champion Mumbai Indians taking on 2024 winner Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

The last three seasons have witnessed bowlers impress in the purple-cap race, with the most memorable tussle taking place between MI’s Amelia Kerr and Hayley Matthews in 2025.
