The last match of the 3-match ODI series between India and New Zealand will be played at Holkar Stadium, Indore. The series is currently tied at 1-1, so there is pressure on both the teams to win. Meanwhile, Indian team captain Shubhman Gill is in the news for a machine, which he has brought with him to Indore. Along with this, BCCI has also taken special precautions regarding the health of the players, which has attracted everyone's attention.
Actually, Shubman Gill has brought with him a water purification machine worth about three lakh rupees to Indore. Gill has kept this machine in his room itself, which is capable of completely purifying even RO and packed bottled water. This step is also in discussion because recently many people have lost their lives due to contaminated water in Bhagirathpura area of Indore. However, it is not clear whether this decision of Gill is related to the ongoing water crisis in the city or there is some other reason.
Taking full care of the fitness and diet of the players, BCCI has also sent chefs with the team. These chefs will prepare food according to the individual needs of each player. According to reports, Virat Kohli's diet includes boiled and steamed food. On the other hand, Rohit Sharma's diet includes almonds, sprouts, oats, fruits, paneer, vegetables, pulses and rice.
Bad water has taken a frightening form in Bhagirathpura area of Indore, which is said to be the cleanest city of the country. According to different reports, more than 20 people have died so far in this incident. Many patients are still admitted in hospitals, the condition of some of whom remains critical. One of the patients admitted in ICU has been shifted to the ward, while three patients are on ventilator for a long time. A total of 16 patients are undergoing treatment, including some new cases of diarrhea recently.
