Both these flats are in DLH Enclave, which Dubey purchased from Dev Land and Housing Limited.

In the report, quoting the registry documents, it has been told that both the flats are in the same building. One flat is on the 17th floor and the other is on the 18th floor, whose total area is about 9600 square feet. Documents show that Shivam Dubey paid Rs 1.65 crore only in stamp duty for the purchase of these flats. Along with this, he has also purchased 3 parking slots in the society.

Talking about Dubey's earnings, he gets Rs 3 lakh from BCCI as fee for playing every T20 match.

At the same time, he has been kept in C grade of Central Contract, from where he earns Rs 1 crore annually. He is currently a part of Chennai Super Kings in IPL, who had retained this star for Rs 12 crore before the mega auction of 2025. Only after this he took these flats.

By scoring 43 runs in 25 balls in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup and then 26 runs in just 8 balls in the final, Shivam Dubey made a big contribution in taking Team India to the title for the second consecutive time. In this way, he joined the players who won the T20 World Cup twice.
