IPL 2026 GT vs RR Playing 11: Rashid Khan-led Gujarat Titans will square off against Riyan Parag-led Rajasthan Royals in the 9th match of the IPL 2026 at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.

The Gujarat Titans come from a defeat against the Punjab Kings, Rajasthan Royals come with a mammoth win against the Chennai Super Kings in their opener match.

Both sides will be aiming for a win to move the IPL 2026 points table. Rajasthan Royals and Gujarat Titans have met on 8 occasions, where the latter has won on 6 occasions while the Royals have only two wins.

Rajasthan Royals won the toss and opted to bat. Speaking on the toss, Rajasthan Royals captain Riyan Parag said, “We are going to be batting first. We got to assess and adapt to different conditions. Hopefully we will put up a good score around 210 and defend it later on. I want it to be a team that plays in all conditions. Two changes. Tushar and Dubey are coming in.”

Meanwhile, GT captain Rashid Khan said, “We wanted to bowl first. Gill has a muscle spasm, hopefully he will be back soon. KK is playing his first game and look forward to see him play. We played good cricket in the last game as well. Was a good game. We need to bring out 100% here.”
