In this match, while chasing RCB’s target of 202 runs, Vaibhav completed his half-century in just 15 balls. He achieved this feat by hitting a six off Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the fifth over. This is his second half-century this season, when he has scored fifty in 15 or less balls. Earlier, he had also scored fifty in 15 balls against Chennai Super Kings in the first match of Rajasthan Royals.

With this, Vaibhav Suryavanshi has become the second batsman in IPL history to score a half-century in 15 or less balls twice. Before him, only Australian batsman Jake Fraser-McGurk could achieve this feat.
