Chennai: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain Ruturaj Gaikwad was fined Rs 12 lakh for slow over-rate in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 match played against Delhi Capitals (DC) on Saturday. Gaikwad has become the third captain to commit such an offense this season, before which Shubhman Gill of Gujarat Titans and Shreyas Iyer of Punjab Kings were also fined.
