SRH vs RR: Which no one could stop. In the first 4 matches of IPL 2026, no one could put a break on his bat. Who sent the first ball of every big bowler across the boundary line. In front of which the teams of Dhoni, Rohit, Virat were seen filling water. Holding that 15 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi of Rajasthan Royals was no less than a big challenge. But you will be surprised to know that Prafulla Hinge already had a plan ready to stop Vaibhav. He had planned to get him out on the first ball itself. He had already told that he was going to hunt Vaibhav Suryavanshi on the first ball and he did the same.

Prafulla Hinge became Salman Khan of ‘Wanted’!

You all must remember that famous dialogue from the Bollywood film ‘Wanted’, when Salman Khan says – ‘Once I have made a comment, I don’t even listen to myself’. Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler Prafulla Hinge, who made his IPL debut against Rajasthan Royals, also appeared on the Hyderabad field as Salman Khan of Wanted. He did everything as he had committed in advance. Taking Vaibhav’s wicket on the first ball was one of them.

Vaibhav himself disclosed his commitment regarding Suryavanshi.

After the match, Prafulla Hinge revealed his commitment regarding the wicket of Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

After being selected Player of the Match, when he was asked in the post match presentation which was his favorite wicket, in response he named the wicket of Vaibhav Suryavanshi. Prafulla Hinge said that Vaibhav was informed. But, I had already told 2-3 people that I will take Vaibhav’s wicket on the first ball. He told that his plan was to get Vaibhav out by surprising him on the bouncer, in which he was successful. Meaning, he did what he said.

This is how Varun Aaron helped Suryavanshi in taking the wicket.

Prafulla Hinge also thanked SRH bowling coach Varun Aaron. Before the match, it was Varun Aaron who advised against Vaibhav to bowl over the wicket instead of round the wicket. Varun Aaron told after the match that his role in the wicket of Vaibhav Suryavanshi was just this. Rest full credit goes to Prafulla Hinge.

First bowler to do this in IPL

Prafulla Hinge took 4 wickets for 34 runs in 4 overs in the match against Rajasthan Royals. In this, he took 3 wickets in his very first over and became the first bowler to do so on his IPL debut.
