The main complainant in this entire matter is Sumit Last, who had raised this matter with SAI and Paralympic Committee just a few days ago. But when the situation did not change even after this, he gave a written complaint on April 10, in which he made serious allegations against Naval Singh. In his complaint, Sumit wrote that he does not like to be involved in any kind of controversy but he could not ignore the repeated incidents, hence he has filed the complaint.

In the same complaint, India's superstar javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra also supported Sumit's allegations. Demanding strict action against the accused coach in this case, Neeraj wrote that whatever statements and abuses Naval Singh has made are not only inappropriate but also completely shameful. Neeraj also wrote that use of abusive language towards him, his family and his fellow players is not only unprofessional behavior but also against etiquette.
