Tilak Verma Watch: Mumbai Indians not only lost the match against Chennai Super Kings by 8 wickets, but during that defeat, their batsman Tilak Verma also suffered a big loss. During the match, Tilak's watch worth crores of rupees broke and this happened because of CSK player Jamie Overton. However, Overton had no intention of breaking Tilak's watch. Meaning he did not do this intentionally. In such a situation, whatever happened was just an incident related to the match. Tilak Verma's watch which broke during the match, is said to be worth Rs 2.13 crore.
Now the question is, when and how did CSK all-rounder Jamie Overton break Tilak Verma's watch worth crores of rupees? This happened during the batting of Mumbai Indians. The 12th over of MI's innings was going on, which Overton was bowling. Tilak Verma did not score any runs on the last ball of Overton's over but he definitely suffered a loss worth crores of rupees. His watch worth Rs 2.13 crore broke after being hit by the ball and fell on the ground, the video of which is now viral on social media.
