Noted German influencer LizLaz is in the news again for a massive statement she made regarding former India skipper Virat Kohli. The blogger, whose real name is Jennifer, said that many people had tried to give her money in a bid to defame the Indian batter.

During a recent chat with Filmymantra, the German said, “Some people wanted me to defame him (Kohli) and even offered me money to do it. Why should I do such a thing for something he hasn’t even done? He is also my favourite cricketer.”

The blogger also added, “People were calling me, and when I opened it, there were many things written about. It was a very unreal experience. There are people in India who ask about me, but in Germany, people are starting to ask who Virat Kohli is; the sport of cricket is not that famous here.”
