Chasing a revised target of 165, Barpeta recovered from a flying start to register a thrilling five-wicket win with seven balls remaining to steal the crown.

Put in to bat first, skipper Rohit Sen played a match-winning innings of 90 off 37 balls, smashing 10 fours and six sixes before falling to an outswinger from Rishabh Patel. However, his brilliant knock went in vain as Barpeta chased down the score with ease, posting 168 for the loss of two wickets.
